M+A MasterClass is held in 12 cities across the country. At each event, 1 professional valuation will be raffled off, while after the completion of all 12 events, 1 complete start-up package will be raffled off. The competition is open to all M+A MasterClass 2022 participants.
The valuation has a value of 25,000 crowns. A complete start-up package has a value of 97.500 DKK.
At each M+A MasterClass event, a question specific to each city will be asked during the seminar. The question is answered on a competition document, which is filled in with name and details.
The competition document will be handed in at the M+A Business Exchange stand. The fair will be held immediately after the seminar.
Winners will be notified directly.

In order to participate in the competition, a confirmation and authorization from the owner of the company to be valued is required. The company must be an established business/going concern.
The question can be answered by the owner of the CVR number of the company to be valued. Or by a representative of the company who is authorized by a power of attorney to participate in the competition on behalf of the company.
The question will vary for each city.
The winner of the complete start-up package will be selected from the total number of participants of all M+A MasterClass events held in 2022. To participate in the nationwide competition, you must actively opt-in when participating in the local M+A MasterClass competition.
M+A Virksomhedsbørsen is giving away a valuation worth DKK 25,000 to one of the participants at each of the 12 M+A MasterClass events to be held in 2022.
The valuation includes an operating company (possibly also an associated real estate company, if relevant for the valuation). After the preparation of the valuation, it is up to the winner to decide whether they wish to continue working with the M+A Business Exchange.
The complete start-up package includes a valuation, preparation of a prospectus, a complete mediation process with a dedicated business brokerage team and a total of 9 months of advertising in Børsen and Jyllands-Posten.
The start-up package is conditional on the conclusion of a mandate agreement, where M+A Virksomhedsbørsen will carry out the entire brokerage process up to signing and closing on standard terms. Settlement is based on the achieved transaction sum through a base and success fee described in the mandate agreement between the winner of the complete start-up package and M+A Virksomhedsbørsen.
