Virksomhedsbørsen A/S, ButiksBørsen A/S and M+A Smallbiz A/S have merged, with Virksomhedsbørsen A/S as the continuing company.
Since 1997, we have mediated the sale and purchase of companies through Virksomhedsbørsen A/S, ButiksBørsen A/S and M+A Smallbiz A/S. ButiksBørsen A/S and M+A Smallbiz A/S (formerly www.firmahandel.dk ApS) were established in 2005.
We still offer the same range of solutions, but with the merger we can now concentrate our focus on the operations of one company, strengthening our operational foundation for the benefit of our customers.
