Development and growth at home and abroad have laid the foundation for the establishment of M+A SME, of which Virksomhedsbørsen as is now a part.
In April 2017, Virksomhedsbørsen as underwent a change of ownership that has already resulted in growth and an increase in the number of international activities. As part of this development, M+A SME has been established.
M+A SME stands for 'Mergers & Acquisitions', which translates to mergers and acquisitions, while SME is the acronym for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In addition to Virksomhedsbørsen, M+A SME includes ButiksBørsen, Lederbørsen and firmahandel.dk, which also mediates the sale and purchase of companies. The aim is to maximize the synergies and qualities of the four companies.

Increase in the number of foreign activities
As a result of this development, Virksomhedsbørsen as is experiencing an increase in the number of foreign activities, which also supports the establishment of M+A SME, which in terms of profile and name makes it easier for international customers to relate to the activities. Virksomhedsbørsen as as the basic name does not have international appeal.
Poland and Sweden are markets in which Virksomhedsbørsen as has already established collaborations and activities, including the sale and purchase of companies and expansion. The activities in Poland and Sweden are just the first phase of Virksomhedsbørsen as' expansion abroad, which currently also includes the USA, Asia and other EU countries.
Although M+A SME will act as the unifying entity, Virksomhedsbørsen as well as ButiksBørsen, Lederbørsen and firmahandel.dk will not disappear from the Danish market. Instead, the synergy between these will be optimally utilized so that customers experience an even better, competent and professional service that takes into account all aspects of selling, buying and developing a business.
